Northern and Eastern Subregional Contest Problem J Notice

Checker program for problem J incorrectly counted new line characters when determining the length of the printed program. All runs were rejudged with the correct checker and the updated results are posted. The set of teams that qualify for the regional contest didn't change. The teams that have better ranking now will be awarded the updated certificates with the correct ranking mentioned.
