Как отбираются команды в четвертьфинал? По результатам квалификации:

Лучшая команда каждого вуза приглашается для участия в четвертьфинале
Из таблицы результатов удаляются уже приглашенные команды
Рассматриваются две лучшие команды каждого вуза из оставшихся в таблице результатов. Лучшие N команд из получившегося списка приглашаются для участия в четвертьфинале
Из таблицы результатов удаляются уже приглашенные команды
Лучшие команды из получившегося списка приглашаются для участия в четвертьфинале, пока общее число команд четвертьфинала не станет равно M, либо пока все участвующие команды не будут приглашены

N=40, M=90

В четвертьфинал дополнительно приглашены все команды, решившие 10 и более задач.

Experimental feature: Digital Team Reference Document.
Each team is allowed to bring one 50KB human-readable file on their computer. To use it, each team needs to upload the UTF-8 file TRD.TXT to icpc.global dashboard (select team that advanced to NWRRC -> go to Attachments) before 12:00 MSK November 13, 2024.
Contest organizers will verify uploaded files and confirm or reject the file notifying coaches and contestants over email on November 14, 2024.

Экспериментальная возможность: Электронные вспомогательные материалы команды.
Каждой команде разрешено предоставить один человеко-читаемый файл размером до 50KB. Чтобы использовать его, команде нужно загрузить файл в кодировке UTF-8 TRD.TXT на страницу команды в icpc.global в разделе Attachments до 12:00 МСК 13 ноября 2024 г.
Организаторы соревнования проверят что загруженный файл соответствует условиям и подтвердят или отклонят загруженный файл оповестив об этом тренеров и команду по электронной почте 14 ноября 2024.

В этом году четвертьфинал пройдёт 16 ноября в Университете ИТМО по адресу СПб, Кронверкский пр. 49.
